A process with no black boxes

Four phases. Each one ends with something you can see, click, or measure — never a status report full of jargon.

01

Strategy & Research

Week 1–2Fixed-price discovery available

We start by understanding the business problem — not the requested feature list. Stakeholder interviews, user research, technical audit of anything existing, and a ruthless look at what can be cut.

You get

  • Scoped requirements document
  • Honest timeline and fixed quote
  • Technical approach and stack recommendation
  • A clear go / no-go decision point

02

Design & Prototype

Week 2–5You approve before we build

Wireframes become clickable prototypes you can tap through on your own phone. We iterate on the experience with you — and with real users when it matters — until it feels obvious.

You get

  • Clickable prototype of key flows
  • Final UI designs for all screens
  • A design system for future consistency
  • Your sign-off before development starts

03

Develop & Build

Week 5–12Demo every Friday

Agile sprints with a demo at the end of every week — you watch the product take shape instead of waiting months for a reveal. Code reviews and automated testing are non-negotiable.

You get

  • Weekly working demos
  • Staging environment you can access anytime
  • Reviewed, tested, documented code
  • Progress tracking on a shared board

04

Launch & Grow

OngoingMeasured, not hopeful

We roll out in stages, watch real usage data, and fix what the data tells us to fix. Then we keep going — most products need a second and third act.

You get

  • Staged rollout and launch checklist
  • Analytics and monitoring setup
  • 30-day post-launch support window
  • Optional monthly care plan

What if my project doesn’t fit these phases?

Then we adapt. Some clients come with designs ready and only need engineering. Others need a two-week rescue of a stalled project. The phases above describe our full journey — we’ll meet you wherever you actually are.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment

Tell us where you are — idea, designs, or half-built product — and we’ll map the right next step.
